The 17-year-old winger scored a spectacular goal in his team’s 3-0 victory over Estrela Amadora, while Manchester United-linked Viktor Gyokeres stole the spotlight with two successful penalty conversions.

Quenda’s goal was a perfect blend of composure, dribbling and precision. Picking up the ball from outside the penalty area, he embarked on a dazzling solo run, weaving past defenders before unleashing a powerful shot into the top far corner of the net. His strike left the goalkeeper with no chance and served as a reminder of why Chelsea have invested heavily in him.

WHAT NEXT FOR QUENDA?
Chelsea fans will have to wait to see Quenda in action at Stamford Bridge, as he is set to remain with Sporting CP until the end of the 2025-26 season after the Blues finalised a deal which could be worth up to €50.7 million (£43m/$55m) with add-ons worth €1.3m. Up next, the teenager will aim to continue his impressive run of performances when Sporting host Rio Ave in a Taca de Portugal cup match on April 3.
